An appeal to Amnesty International and HRW to press PJAK for the fate of Sivan Modberi

The pretended defenders of Kurdish human rights remain silent on the PKK / PJAK crimes against the Iranian Kurds, but reflect all of Turkey’s human rights abuses in Turkey and Syria.

After Kurdish public opinion realized the nature of dependence in the pretended Kurdish human rights associations and institutions, including the Kurdistan Human Rights Organization (RMMK), under the previous / current presidency of Mohammad Seddiq Kaboudvand, they realized that these institutions paved the way for human rights violations by the PKK/PJAK, the number of families who contact the Iranian Kurdistan Human Rights Watch (IKHRW) and seek to follow the fate of their victim children in the PKK / PJAK through international forums is increasing.

Sivan Modberi is one of the victims of the PKK / PJAK, who, like dozens of Kurdish children and adolescents, have been killed for Abdullah Ocalan’s poisoned ideology. This Kurdish teenager, the son of Maryam and Amin from Marivan city in Iran, was abducted by PJAK and eventually sent to fight the Turkish army. He was killed in a PKK clash with the Turkish army on September 13, 2015 in Hakkari.

The IKHRW calls on international human rights organizations including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch to put pressure on PJAK over these crimes against Iranian Kurdish citizens.
