The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is an international covenant adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on December 10, 1948.
Born directly from the aftermath of World War II, this declaration, for the first time, universally articulates the rights that all human beings are entitled to. Consequently, human rights are defined as the inherent rights that everyone enjoys at all times and in all places.
The “Iranian Kurdistan Human Rights Watch (IKHRW)” strives to advance the realization of civil and human rights by publishing reports on human rights violations, providing legal advice and offering solutions to victims and those affected by violence and extremism.
We are ready to receive any documentation or reports concerning news and instances of human rights violations.
