Iranian Kurdish “disappeared” children / “Pouria Ahmadian” from Marivan

According to the information received by the Human Rights Watch of Iranian Kurdistan and verified by an ex-member that has encountered the boy, “Pouria Ahmadian” with the organizational name of “Biston Rojehlat” is from Marivan.

According to this information, he was born in the city of Marivan, his father’s name is “Jamil” and his mother’s name is “Tala”.

The child was deceived in 2011 in unconventional ways by militant groups and recruited by PKK and PJAK militants, and no details have been released since then.

Pouria was 14 years old at the time, and reported missing by his families at the city’s police station after his disappearance.

The watchdog is trying to get more information from him, which it will publish as soon as it is available for the information of the family and human rights activists.

It is worth mentioning that he was allegedly killed on March 4, 2016 in the Sinjar area (Shengal), but there is no evidence to prove this claim and there is no news about him or the body of this child.

Earlier, the Iranian Kurdistan Human Rights Watch issued a call for the disappearance of Iranian Kurdish children, in which it asked all human rights organizations and associations to assist the collection in order to better address this issue.
