According to local authorities and initial field reports, the attack caused extensive destruction of the village\u2019s residential fabric, with approximately 80% of homes suffering total or partial damage. Damage to local infrastructure and insecurity for residents have also been reported as consequences of the incident.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\"><strong>Violation of Distinction and Proportionality Principles in the Attack on Gogje Village<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Gogje village is a purely civilian residential area, and the widespread damage to homes and residents\u2019 property raises serious concerns about compliance with the fundamental principles of international humanitarian law.
