Iran Kurdistan Human Rights Watch has continued its ongoing talks with the families of the victims of the PKK \/ PJAK crime with “Hadi Amini’s brother”, a PJAK member. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It seems that the PKK \/ PJAK train does not intend to stop for the death of Kurdish children and youth. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The approach of militant groups such as PJAK in the use of children in war is contrary to their commitment under the Geneva Convention not to use children under the age of 18. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Perhaps the deception and abduction of Kurdish teenagers, youth and, of course, children, and then arming and using them for the purposes and interests of the leaders of militant groups such as PJAK and the PKK, is the only achievement and gift of those claiming to defend the rights of the Kurdish people. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, this is a human rights violation that these groups are constantly insisting on. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

While violence is despised around the world and issues are resolved through diplomacy, dialogue and dialogue with other human beings, PJAK, the PKK branch, continues to promote violence to target more Kurdish youth.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hadi Amini, nicknamed “Langar Bryar”, may never have imagined that the day would come when he would be killed at a young age in a deep-seated conflict with the Turkish army. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He was killed on July 2, 2017 in Tunceli \/ Dersim, Turkey, during a clash between PKK members and the army. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hadi was deceived by PJAK and the teenager went to war in Turkey after receiving basic weapons training. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PJAK claims independence from PKK, but it is not the case because it recruits Iranian Kurdish youth as fighters for the PKK and kills them in Turkey or Syria. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The text of the conversation with Hadi Amini’s brother is as follows: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

We were four brothers and we worked together, until that moment none of my brothers – not even Hadi – had any interest in this group and we were always warm to our work. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hadi was a calm young man, and he would not hurt a fly, nor was he bothered by anything outside of his work, I do not see any reason that led to Hadi being a member of that group unless he was deceived when the elements of that group came into our village. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PKK elements have not contacted us since Hadi disappeared and the news of his death was announced in their media. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the first stage, when Hadi was abducted while we did not know where he was now, PJAK had announced among the surrounding villages that a person from our village had become one of them, although they would have been better to say that ‘we had also abducted someone’. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

After this incident, we traveled to Qandil twice, but unfortunately, not even once did they allow me to meet with my brother, and they said that he was not here and had gone to Turkey. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When we heard the news of Hadi’s death a few years later, it was only through the PKK-related media. We no longer had any contact from that group and we still do not know what the truth of the matter was!
